Sample question

From the quiz pool.

Domain 2.0 Networking

A user reports their laptop connects to the office WiFi but cannot access internal resources. Other users on the same network are unaffected. What is the most likely cause?

ADNS server is down for the entire office
BUser's laptop has an incorrect IP configurationAnswer
CWireless access point has failed
DISP is blocking the user's MAC address
Why

Other users are unaffected, so the AP, DNS server, and ISP are all working. That isolates the issue to the user's machine. The most likely cause is an incorrect IP configuration (wrong subnet, missing default gateway, or APIPA address from a failed DHCP request).

Questions.

How is this different from Mike Meyers or Professor Messer?+

They are great for video lectures. We add structured scenarios, spaced-repetition flashcards, exam-style quizzes with explanations, and a help desk simulator so you practice the actual job alongside the cert prep. Use us together if you want.

Do I need both Core 1 and Core 2 to get A+?+

Yes. CompTIA only awards A+ after you pass both. We cover both fully and emit a separate Readiness Score for each one.

Is the free tier really free?+

Free forever. Limited daily Adventure scenarios and Sim tickets, but unlimited Study and Flashcards, plus one Practice Exam per month. Most users pass on free + occasional Pro month.

When should I book the real exam?+

When your Readiness Score sits above 80 percent across multiple Practice Exam attempts. Below that you have measurable gaps worth closing before the $250+ exam fee.

Does the platform work for retakes?+

Yes. If you failed once we will tell you specifically which domains you need to focus on, with a targeted study plan.
