For Districts · Pilots by request

One district view of every teacher and the students each one has.

RTJ for districts runs your whole CompTIA program on licensed seats. A program administrator sees every section, every teacher, and each teacher's students in one place, with progress evidence rolled up by section and term. It is the same platform your classroom teachers already use, with an admin layer on top.

Sales-led and hand-provisioned. Pay by purchase order, district check, or workforce grant. There is no self-serve checkout.

INSTITUTION CONSOLE

What does a program administrator actually see?

One tenant-bounded overview: licensed seats used, active sections, learners, and authorized staff. Personal billing and study history from outside the institution are excluded by design. The numbers below are sample data for illustration.

SECTION COMPARISON

Which sections are on track, and which need help?

Compare every teacher's sections side by side on identity-minimized evidence. Readiness bands use the latest observed full Practice Exam inside each learner's section, track, and term. It is an instructional signal, not a certification pass prediction. Sample data below.

DISTRICT DRILL-DOWN

Can an admin see every teacher and their students?

Yes. Open the district, expand a teacher, and see the students in that teacher's section, each with a readiness dot. Names here are first-name-only sample data. The real console keeps learner identity minimized and section-bounded.

DUE DILIGENCE

What is not ready yet, said plainly.

District access is real and running, but some of the paperwork a procurement office expects is still in progress. Here is the honest state today, before you commit anything.

Sales-led, provisioned by hand

District access is set up by hand after a short scoping conversation. There is no self-serve checkout. You pay by purchase order, district check, or workforce grant, and access is turned on once the paperwork clears.

DPA and FERPA position in progress

We do not sell student data or use it for advertising. A signable Data Processing Addendum and a counsel-reviewed FERPA position are not available today. Both are in progress, and we share the current written data inventory before any agreement.

Accessibility status, no VPAT yet

A written accessibility status is available on request. A completed VPAT is not available today and is in progress. District filter compatibility is validated in your own environment during pilot setup.

Invitations are secure links

Admins, teachers, and students join through one-time secure links you share directly. Automated invitation email is not built yet, so you send each link through your own trusted channel.

We are early, no adoption badges

There is no trusted-by-500-districts line here, because it would not be true. A few programs are piloting now. We would rather you join early than read a borrowed number.

Illinois LLC, procurement review underway

Revtek IT Solutions LLC is based in Oak Forest, Illinois. We accept POs, district checks, and workforce-grant funding. Our pilot-to-PO timeline target is one week, and the first district cohort will confirm or revise it.

DISTRICT FAQ

The questions a program office asks first.

How does a district start? Is there a self-serve plan?

There is no self-serve checkout for districts. You request a pilot, we scope the number of teachers, sections, and seats, and access is provisioned by hand. You pay by purchase order, district check, or workforce grant, and the institution and its seat license are set up after the paperwork clears.

What can a district administrator see across teachers?

A tenant-bounded overview of licensed seats, active sections, learners, and authorized staff, a section-comparison report that puts every teacher's sections side by side on identity-minimized readiness evidence, and a drill from the district to each teacher to the students in that teacher's section. Personal billing and outside study history are excluded by design.

How are seats and licenses handled?

A district license carries a seat capacity and the CompTIA tracks it covers, such as A+, Network+, or Security+. Learners consume a licensed seat when they accept a section invitation or are added through roster import. Seats release when enrollments end, and the license pool is the final limit on licensed learners.

How do teachers and students get added?

An administrator creates terms and sections, invites teachers, and invites students to a section. Everyone joins through a one-time secure link. Bulk roster import is available from the section, and each learner draws from the seat pool up to capacity. Automated invitation email is not built yet, so links are shared through your own trusted channel.

What about student data, FERPA, and accessibility?

We do not sell student data or use it for advertising, and reporting is identity-minimized. A signable Data Processing Addendum, a counsel-reviewed FERPA position, and a completed VPAT are not available today and are in progress. A written accessibility status and a written data inventory are available on request before any agreement.

Can you accept a purchase order? District procurement is slow.

Yes. Email support@revystechjourney.com before relying on a purchase order, district check, grant, tax form, insurance document, or procurement timeline. We will identify which current vendor artifacts are available and which still require preparation or review, so nothing is a surprise late in the process.
