What you actually do

Ticket context
Priority 2. Client call in 20 minutes. One laptop dropped off the WiFi; the rest of her row is fine.
“Hey, my laptop isn’t connecting to the WiFi all of a sudden. I have a client call in 20 minutes and I really need to be on. Can you fix it fast?”
What do you do?
APing her machine from your laptop to see if it is on the network at all.
BRemote in and check her wireless adapter state.
CWalk her through the WiFi toggle on the side of her laptop.
DTell her to restart and check back in 5.
Solid call · If you pick C
