CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2, Network+ N10-009, and Security+ SY0-701 are live. Each track includes Adventure lessons with pre-ticket briefs and optional scene nudges, plus Study Guide, Flashcards, practice questions, performance-based questions, and a full Practice Exam.
Tickets are live across all three tracks, and many are now hands-on: you work the real fix in a simulated tool, and the ticket only resolves once you have actually done it, not after clicking the right-sounding reply. A+ tickets use Windows tools like Command Prompt, Task Manager, Settings, and OneDrive; Network+ uses device consoles like switch, firewall, and routing; Security+ uses security tools like an identity admin console, endpoint containment, log search, forensic capture, and email security. The rest are judgment and communication tickets, where the skill is the call you make, not a click. Close debriefs replay each choice with Revy's coaching, and the customer reacts to how you handle them: the channel you work the ticket on is part of the job, a call feels like a real call, and when tickets stack up your shift recap grades how you triaged. The pool now spans 78 tickets across all three tracks and keeps growing, each sourced from a real problem techs field, from a PC that blue-screens and survives a clean reinstall to a lost-phone MFA lockout and a vendor pushing an any/any firewall rule.
The Mastery Index is an internal study signal built from RTJ quiz and Practice Exam answers, with untested objectives kept at zero. Its evidence-quality label shows how much practice backs the number. It is not a pass prediction. Per-domain progress, achievements, weekly recap, streak controls, and next-track suggestions are also live.
Classrooms, paced Academy study, and track-specific teacher views are live. Academy learners can browse the full curriculum kit. Security+ teacher kits include key-free student assignment copies alongside the answer-key versions.
Paid subscribers can find plan management in Settings. When a cancellation is scheduled, Settings shows the pending state and keeps the current plan active until the cancellation takes effect.
Continue with Google or Microsoft is live on the sign-in and sign-up pages, alongside email sign-in. New accounts land in onboarding and returning ones go straight to the dashboard.
You can add Revy to your phone or desktop home screen and open it full-screen with its own icon, no browser bar and no app store. Look for “Install app” in Settings, or use your browser's own install option. Your streak, XP, and progress follow your account across every device you use.
Active work, without a promised release date.
We are continuing answer-key reviews, access checks, and cross-track progress checks. Verified fixes ship as they are ready instead of waiting for one large release.
We are making it easier to always know what to do and where you left off. Continue in Adventure is being reworked to resume at your next unfinished scene, each lesson is getting a plain one-line goal you see up front, and Study Mode is getting a visible track and core indicator plus a suggested path so you know what to practice next. This ships surface by surface as each piece is verified.
Lesson records and teacher surfaces already support video placeholders. Production videos are still being prepared, and there is no public launch date.
Accessibility review and follow-up fixes continue alongside formal documentation for schools. We will publish the documentation when the supporting evidence is ready.
The school-level views for staff, structure, invitations, and program reports are built and running for pilot institutions. They are not open to every account yet. We are working them through the pilots before we treat them as generally available.

Flashcards currently requeue Again and Hard cards only inside the active deck. Per-card review scheduling across sessions is planned, not live.
The hands-on tools are live across all three tracks, the customer reacts to how you handle them, the channel is part of the job, and a call now reads like a real call. From here we are deepening what is already there rather than bolting on parallel screens: making the customer feel even more like a specific person with real stakes, more identify-the-evidence tasks like spotting the red flags in a phishing email, and a wider pool of tickets. The judgment-based, untimed tickets stay the core, and the close debrief that walks your reasoning stays too. This is direction, not a scheduled release.
The expansion list after the three live tracks is CompTIA CySA+ (CS0-003), CompTIA Linux+ (XK0-005), AWS Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Security Fundamentals (SC-900), and Google Cloud Digital Leader. Order and final scope are not committed, and nothing on that list has a start date.
Cisco CCNA (200-301), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C03), LPIC-1 (101-500), and CompTIA Cloud+ (CV0-004) sit behind the expansion list. Treat these as under consideration, not planned. We do not build tracks for certifications whose objectives are not published, so ITIL, PRINCE2, CISSP, and SSCP are out.
You can already install Revy to your home screen as an app (see Now). Still planned here: faster mobile study sessions, offline flashcard support, and more resilient resume behavior. Native app-store apps are not promised.
