Add a network printer by IP address
In the canned Windows 11 Settings simulation, manually add RTJ Office Printer M200 series at 192.0.2.50 with the Generic / Text Only driver and keep the queue unshared. The actions are simulated. A real setup still needs a test page and driver check.
Steps

Open Printers & scanners, start Add device, then choose Add a new device manually. Select Add a printer using an IP address or hostname, choose TCP/IP Device, enter 192.0.2.50, and continue after detection. Select Generic / Text Only, use the name RTJ Office Printer M200 series, keep the printer unshared, and finish the wizard.
What you should see
Printers & scanners lists the new RTJ Office Printer M200 series local queue. The canned add does not confirm that a physical printer is online or able to print.
