Clear a stuck job and the Use Printer Offline setting
On a canned Windows 11 Settings screen, cancel the single Test Page job in Error state and untick Use Printer Offline for the network-reachable RTJ Office Printer M200 series. These actions return the queue to ready in the simulation. They do not diagnose or fix a real offline cause, and the canceled job is removed rather than printed.
Steps

Open Printers & scanners, select RTJ Office Printer M200 series, choose Open print queue, select the Test Page job, then choose Document > Cancel. Confirm that the job is gone and the queue count is zero.

In the open queue, choose Printer > Use Printer Offline to remove its check mark. Confirm that the canned printer returns to ready.
What you should see
The Test Page job is gone, the queue is empty, Use Printer Offline is unticked, and the network-reachable RTJ Office Printer M200 series is ready in the simulation. No real printer or printed page is represented.
