Clear a stuck printer queue
On a canned Windows 11 Settings screen, open the RTJ Office Printer M200 series queue and cancel the one Test Page job in Error state. The host and printer data are simulated. An empty queue does not bring the intrinsically offline printer online or prove that the physical printer or its consumables are healthy.
Steps

Open Printers & scanners, select RTJ Office Printer M200 series, then choose Open print queue.

Select the Test Page job, open the Document menu, then choose Cancel. Confirm that the queue is empty.
What you should see
The Test Page job is gone and the RTJ Office Printer M200 series queue is empty. The canned printer still reports its intrinsic offline status.
