Share a department printer and set it as default
In a canned Windows 11 Settings screen, share RTJ Office Printer M200 series for the department and set it as the default printer. Keep Generic Text Printer unshared. A printer share exposes a host-managed queue to other clients, so only the approved department queue should be published.

Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Select RTJ Office Printer M200 series, open Printer properties, select Sharing, turn on Share this printer, and choose OK. Then open its print queue and choose Printer > Set As Default Printer. Leave Generic Text Printer unshared.
What you should see
RTJ Office Printer M200 series is shared and is the default printer. Generic Text Printer remains unshared. These are canned Windows queue states, not proof that a real printer or sharing host is available.
